1. Click on the picture below, and select whether you want to order a box of 5, 10 or 20 dozen Pristine unopened medium-sized (70-80mm) oysters by adding them to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout, add Pristine gloves and oyster knife combo if you wish, select 'Next'.

3. Enter your shipping address, add any delivery instructions, preferred delivery date and payment method (credit card or PayPal).

4. Enter payment details.

Orders must be placed by 11am Thursday morning.

Oysters are harvested fresh on the order deadline day. Please take note when placing your order.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchase with your order and invoice numbers.

Oysters are sent in a foam box with a frozen gel pack inside to keep them cold if you are not home to receive them.

If not going to be home to receive your oysters, please leave instructions of where you would like them left in the delivery instructions when ordering.

The Oyster Guy have three sizes of oysters to choose from: Bistro Size (50-60mm) at $12 per dozen, Plate Size (60-70mm) at $13.50 per dozen and Standard Size (70-85mm) with a minimum order of 10 dozen. You can order online from their website.

How much are a dozen oysters Adelaide?

Oysters have to be collected in Adelaide but they can also include freight to make it an easy over the phone payment for the customer. Large unopened oysters are $11 per dozen and the minimum order is 10 dozen. Opened large oysters in oyster trays and a foam box including gel ice pack are $14 per dozen.
