The Amos Bow is excellent for Main DPS characters since it increases their Normal Attack and Charged Attack DMG.

Other than its high base stats and ATK% substat, the Amos' Bow doesn't really have anything unique to offer Sub-DPS characters which would help in either increasing their DMG while the character is off-field.
