I love making these pillow covers and will treat the shirts with the dignity your loved one deserves.

This listing is for one PILLOW COVER made from the shirt (which you provide) of your loved one. It can be made from a button-up, polo (golf) shirt, t-shirt, sweatshirt or a jacket and with or without an embroidered message. Please see the drop-down box for pricing on different options.

Size will be 14"x14", 16”x16”, 18”x18” or 20"x20", depending on the size of the shirt sent to me. The pillow form is not included but you will purchase your own. They are available at most fabric/craft stores like spotlight.

A zipper is sewn in the bottom seam of the polo (golf), t-shirt or sweatshirt for you to insert a pillow form. For the button-up shirt, you will simply unbutton and insert the pillow form.

The message will be embroidered on cotton UNLESS YOU SPECIFY A COLOR I will coordinate embroidery thread with your shirt . You can choose the message or use the message in the picture. Please keep in mind, space is limited.

Scraps will not be returned unless you specify such in the notes to seller and upgrade the shipping to "Return Scraps" at check-out.

When mailing the shirt to me, please also include:
1) A copy of your order. You will find my address and mailing instructions on your receipt. Please mail the shirt(s) to me as soon as possible so I can get the pillow covers back to you in a timely manner.
2) The message you would like on the shirt, written exactly as you would like it embroidered or vinyl printed.
3) Color you would like the message embroidered OR if you would like me to coordinate the thread colour.

Once I receive the shirts and before I process your order, I will let you know if there are any additional charges. All shirts can be mailed to MTK 19 Pearson street Brunswick West 3055 Victoria.

Before I embroider the message and attach it to the shirt, I will send a proof for your approval via Etsy conversations. The message will be blue in colour in the picture. You will be approving the message only and NOT the colour. I will customize each message at no charge.

Process time is 3-4 weeks after receipt of the shirt(s).

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number will be issued when shipped. Due to stage 4 restrictions there is a delay from Australia post
