Who won The Rap Game all seasons?

“The Rap Game” heads into its most intense season ever and it’s all-out music mayhem! The stakes are higher than ever before and with a battle every episode, this new crop of superstars must use everything in their arsenal to keep their place on the HIT List… and in the house! From executive producers, Golden Globe winner and Grammy nominee Queen Latifah and Grammy winner Jermaine Dupri, the fifth season of “The Rap Game” kicks off Thursday, January 10th at 9pm ET/PT. This is the time to shine for these six young rappers who will have to freestyle, flow and rhyme their way to a life-changing prize – a recording contract with Dupri’s label, So So Def Recordings. This season, artists Will.I.Am, Lil Jon, Xscape, Killer Mike, Rapsody, and Jacquees join Dupri to help guide these promising rappers to music victory.

“The Rap Game” is executive produced by Intuitive Entertainment’s Kevin Dill, Mechelle Collins, and Executive Producers Ilia Saddler-Flagg and Angela Chiu with show runners Adam Schor and Bob Schermerhorn. Lifetime’s Gena McCarthy, Brie Miranda Bryant and Shura Davison also serve as executive producers, as well as Queen Latifah, Shakim Compere & Elizabeth Polans from Flavor Unit and Jermaine Dupri.

The fifth season of The Rap Game aired in 2019 and it’s unknown if another is on the horizon. Each winner is offered the opportunity to sign a record contract with So So Def, but Mulatto opted to work as an independent artist so that she could have more control over her career.

Rapper Nova was crowned as season 3’s grand champ of The Rap Game, but there are two other hip-hop hopefuls that deserve more air time. This past Friday (Apr 7), the music bootcamp style reality show ended it’s highest rated season in epic style.

VIBE favorites Deetranada and J.I. (Prince of NY) didn’t fair as we hoped for, however, their recent visit to our New York City headquarters was enough to convince us that the East Coast is in good hands. Hailing from Baltimore and Brooklyn, respectively, both teenagers pride themselves in lyrical sharpness.

24 hours before the show’s finale, Jermaine Dupri and future of So So Def crashed our studio for a live interview session that ended with some slick freestyles.

It was on Lifetime show The Rap Game, which was also featured on Netflix, that hip hop mentor and Grammy winner Jermaine Dupri chose a winner to secure a record music contract in 2016. He had to pick one of five young rappers between 12 and 16 to win the contract with So So Def Recordings.

Since season 2, fans have wondered where winner Mani is. We done some research to get the latest on the rapper in 2020 and along the way, Reality Titbit found his Instagram and Youtube!

Who is Mani?

Mani, also known as Lil Mani, is a 20-year-old rapper from Los Angeles, California. His success grew from starring on The Rap Game four years ago, which comes from following his mother Lacreshia Hoy’s musical footsteps. She is a former member of Queens of Compton, while his father is believed to be a former rapper.

Mani got into rapping during his childhood and was already a rapper by the time he reached his teenage years. Some of Lil Mani’s singles include ‘You Thought’, ‘Look at Me, Now Look at Chu’, ‘What Do You Know’, ‘Wavy’ and ‘Walk In’, which have gained several thousand views on social media platforms.

Mani’s journey on The Rap Game

Mani went head-to-head with four other rappers on season 2 of The Rap Game and fought his way until the end, when it was between him and co-star Lil Key to be crowned the winner.

Mani won and was offered a contract with So So Def Recordings, following a successful performance of ‘Look at Me, Now Look at Chu’, which had the audience cheering. He is known for his ‘new school’ freestyle rap style.

After winning the competition, he help up his medal and said: “You see this? Just soak in it, just soak in it.”

I didn't even know The Rap Game aired less than a year ago. I knew for a fact Mani was gonna win! Based on the final performance he had to!
