Clean filters: The Dolphin's filters may be clogged and need to be cleaned. Make sure you clean these filters after each use. Do not allow filters to dry out before cleaning. Deeper cleaning of the filters is also highly encouraged and may be required occasionally.
Why is my pool robot not climbing the walls?The most common reason robotic pool cleaners suddenly stop climbing your pool wall is because the surface becomes slippery due to algae build up. When algae starts to build up in your pool it forms a thin transparent film over the hard surface of your pool.
