Distance betwee the object A and its image B=25 cm+25cm=50cm. <br> On shifting the mirror by 5 cm away from the object, the new distance of object A from the mirror M. Becomes AM.25.5=30cm. The new image B. is now at a distnace M.B.=30 cm behind the mirror M..
