Patriot Train from Boston to Gillette Stadium
The Patriot Train departs from North Station (next to TD Garden, South Station, and Back Bay Station in Boston (as well as Dedham Corp on Rt 128 and Providence Station in Providence, RI) and takes you directly to Gillette Stadium. This is by far the easiest way to get to the game because you avoid the hassle of being stuck in traffic when leaving the stadium.
In case you're wondering, the Patriot Train is a special version of Boston's Commuter Rail. It takes you right to the stadium on a section of tracks only used on game days.

The Dolphins will host a familiar foe at Hard Rock Stadium to open their season, taking on the Patriots in an AFC East showdown.
These two teams will face off in Week 1 for the second consecutive year, with Miami defeating New England 17-16 in Foxboro last season. The Dolphins took both of their matchups with the Patriots last year, also defeating New England 33-24 in Miami in the final week of the season.
Despite sweeping the season series, the Patriots (10-7) still edged the Dolphins (9-8) in the standings to claim an AFC wild card spot.
Miami will be back for revenge this year, bolstering the roster with weapons like superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill. New England will be dealing with plenty of personnel turnover, as offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels took the head coaching job with the Raiders, leaving play-calling duties to Bill Belichick and senior football advisor Matt Patricia.
