Are the watt traders on a daily reset because all these guides say a different watt trader sells quick ball don't have it?

I wanted to buy quick balls looked for every watt trader none of them had quickballs.

What time do they change? Is it based on your local time or is it something else?

You can also straight up buy them in the last place when you get 8 badges

The problem is I only have 2 badges and not all 8. I spend so much time trying to catch low level pokemon only to have them die because my attacks were not weak enough to get them to low hp. So I wanted to get quick balls so I was looking in how to get them.

Wild area seems to be the only way until you have 8 badges. Taking me so long to catch pokemon due to them dying or having to use a ineffective attack so many times before a poke ball. So I thought if I get quick balls I can just catch low level pokemon easy.

I used Yamper with Nuzzle early on as my catch rate helper. The attack is pretty weak (but does decent enough damage) and it's 100% chance to paralyze. Once I started doing that I didnt have as much trouble catching. You can save before attacking a pokemon that's popped out of the grass and they will still be there if you accidentally kill them and reload. Somewhere between 3rd and 5th gym you should also get a charm that's supposed to make catching easier.
