10 can be bought from Patches for 1,000 Runes each
5 can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant in the Mistwood near Fort Haight in Limgrave for 1,000 Runes
8 can be bought from Isolated Merchant in Raya Lucaria for 1,500 Runes each
10 can be bought from the Imprisoned Merchant in Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum for 2,000 Runes each
