If you need to report your card Lost or Stolen, you can do so by using the Manage Card feature within City’s Mobile Banking app, or call 833-933-1681 (Domestic) or 812-647-9794 (International).

To activate a debit card or reset your debit card PIN, call 833-681-3454.

To reply to Fraud Detection, respond to the text message you have received. Please note: Texts from fraud detection should only ask you to verify the validity of a transaction; City will never request login credentials or passwords.

Includes complimentary access to financial planning services with an industry-leading program like MoneyGuidePro. To enjoy all the benefits of being a Preferred Banking client, a minimum of $250,000 (“Qualifying Balance”) in qualifying deposit, wealth management and loan accounts must be maintained. If the Qualifying Balance is not met in any month after the initial qualifying period, the monthly maintenance fee will be assessed to the Preferred Platinum Checking Account each month until termination of enrollment in Preferred Banking. Additional accounts must be owned by the same individual who owns the Premium Checking account.

City National Bank will waive up to three (3) ATM surcharges assessed by non-CNB ATM operators up to a maximum of $15 per statement period. What is City National Bank withdrawal limit?

Cash withdrawals are normally limited to $400 per business day, per account. Purchases with your CNB debit card are normally limited to $1,000 per day per account, as long as your available balance is sufficient to cover the aggregate of all purchases.

What fees will I be charged if City National Bank pays my overdraft? Under our standard overdraft practices: We will charge you a fee of up to $36 each time we pay an overdraft. The maximum number of overdraft fees we can assess is limited to 6 per day.
