Ridiculous that frontier will only take checked bags exactly two hours before the flight. We got dropped off early and had to wait 45 minutes before we even saw an employee at the desk who could check our bag. Someone should be there to take our bags so we can go into the terminals no matter how early we get there.

Flight was extremely delayex

Not enough leg space, don't like having to pay for a seat assignment or the perception that I have to, a lot of "nickel and dime" on everything, and didn't care for the pushing of credit card.

The flight, crew and cleanliness was good, my main complaint is that they tried to charge for ANY and EVERY BAG bag, whether checked or carry on. So you think you are getting a good deal for flight tickets, but that cost does NOT include ANY bags. The very nice gentleman who checked us in ended up only charging us for 2 of our 6 bags. We had 1 checked bag and 5 carry on (1 for each of us traveling). So he charged for our 1 big checked bag and 1 carry on and then waived the fees for all our other carry on bags. This helped tremendously and was very much appreciated. Although, since we now know Frontier does charge for all bag types, we will probably avoid using them again.

Frontier is a cheap airline but everything went well

Experienced a 1 hr flight delay, but they kept u updated on changes. Very clean, new looking planes. Have to pay for any inflight food /beverages. Little leg room but ok for short flights!! Helpful, friendly flight attendents. No wifi onboard. Have to pay extra for larger carryon bag & extra legroom seats. But basic flight prices are good so will try them again!!

Cons: "I didn't like having priceline involved in my purchase. I did not care to use priceline, as I didn't get to pick my seat at purchase, or pay for my checked bag. The price went up when I went back to pick my seat and pay for baggage. Therefore I will not be using kayak again."

Pros: "All in all the flight was typical for a low fare flight, comfortable for an unreclining chair, and as clean as would be expected."

Cons: "The only problem was that it was an overnight flight and about two in the morning members of the flight crew gathered at the back galley and began to talk and laugh rather loudly. Not only did they wake me up but they woke a little girl who began to cry loudly for some time. Perhaps they did not realize their loudness because they were friendly on and off the plane, but it was rather frustrating."

Cons: "First of all I had to deplane because of sewer issues that took several hours to fix. Caused issues with my rental car. Then a $45 bag fee each way on a 2 hour flight that cost $160. That's freaking ridiculous. They say it's a value to fly frontier when it is a complete rip off plus they wanted to charge for coke. Complete joke. Total dillataunts"

Cons: "The whole experience and on top of it they lost my bag. I didn't get my bag in Phoenix they said it stayed in Denver. 6 other passengers experienced the same baggage problem. It was a horrible flight."

Cons: "Called in to book and the agent booked my trip backwards. They would not reimburse full unless I rebooked that moment so they only did half which I have to use in 90 days"

The majority of the plane was empty which means you could have just moved to a different seat (that would have cost $11 more) once everyone boarded the plane. There is really no purpose behind the additional charges and negatively impacts the experience."

Cons: "I am a frequent flyer -not without frontier but with other airlines-and this aircraft has by far the worst seat. It does not recline At all and its hard. My whole body was aching after the 4.5 hour flight. The flight attendants had no proper attire I could not even recognize who was a crew member and who wasn't unless I looked really hard at their badge hanging around their neck. They did not treat us professionally as well, complete lack of respect . This does not cost money to the company to improve."

Cons: "Just about everything. The initial purchase of the plane tickets was what I thought was a deal. But this airline nickels and dimes you to death. We had to pay to check a bag. We had to pay for a soda. Only water is complimentry. We had to pay for the very uncomfortable seats we sat in. Really...what was the plane ticket for? By the way, if you wait to choose your seat/and check your bags...the price goes up. In the end it would have been cheaper to fly any other airlines. I'd never fly frontier again."

This means that they don't want to take complaints. Ps- there were 250 people in line...I counted 9 people calling customer service. I don't think any of them were success. -none of the kiosks were working at phx. I thought we were in the 21st century. -seats do not recline. Seats are uncomfortable. Food tray is tiny. And I do mean tiny. No water or soda or anything without paying for it. That's a bit unrealistic for a cross country flight. -Fees! For food, drinks, stowed baggage, carry-on baggage (what?), choosing a seat assignment (and I do mean any seat assignment ) -Frontier will never see this because they do not deal with complaints. Ps-I wasn't able to respond via Twitter. I didn't know if my cell phone was an issue or if Frontier blocked twitter feedback."

Cons: "We booked our flight to san diego with a short layover in denver. 2 days later they canceled our original flight and put us on a slightly later flight, which would make us miss our connecting flight in denver, so then they gave us a 7 hour layover in denver, we had planned on having dinner in San diego, but ended up getting to our hotel at 3 AM. They would not let us cancel our reservation and they promised us a $50 voucher, that never came. very subpar, and with the state of air travel these days that's saying a lot."

Cons: "and train employees better. Their fees are very unusual and the PHX staff did not inform me of the fees but on my way back the Seattle employees did in a very rude manner. They were also rude to other people on my flight that were caught unaware of the strange fees."

Cons: "Something that I didn't like was, the fact that when I left Phoenix on frontier I didn't know that I had to pay $60. for a carry on that fit in the over head compartment until I was about to board the plane. That's when they announced it and there were a lot of surprised passengers."

Be sure to print your boarding pass a day ahead of time or they will even charge you for that! Fly name brand airlines, it will cost the same on the end if not less."

The weight limit was 40 lbs not 50 which was an additional 25 dollars at minimum. Flew with spirit for a discounted flight rate will not fly again because after all the money for bags it cost more than delta which has free bags and complimentary snacks and drinks"
