The attendant at the gate asked another staff member a question before requiring hand baggage to be checked at the gate. There was actually plenty of room on board, so he allowed that rolllaboards could be taken. Very thoughtful!

With boarding time of 8:20 AM, they didn’t even have the plane at the terminal until 9:10 & no one bother to tell us the reason. However, the pilot made up the time in the air but I was still 30 mins late to my scheduled meeting!

Lost my suitcase which was then broken into by I’m assuming the baggage delivery service

Got my seat changed during boarding again. Super frustrating but at least it was from one aisle seat to another. Flight was a prop plane that was too small to be comfortable as a large man.

After a delay, the flight departed and it was a smooth flight. Good service from the flight crew and we arrived home nearly on time.

Seats were surprisingly comfortable for an economy ticket. Leather, plush, with good cushioning. Decent leg room. Takeoff and landing were on time. Recommend.

There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

Plane supposed to leave FLL to TYS at 530p. There was 2nd flight scheduled for 830p. Flight 973 delayed until 9p. No explanations given. Flight did not start boarding until 920p. We didn't leave FLL until 10p. The other flight, the one at 830p was on time and arrived on time. I want an explanation for why flight 973 was delayed and why the delay was delayed from 920 to 10p before leaving FLL. I was at the airport waiting for my flight for over 8hrs. My flight was delayed 4-1/2 hrs, 530-10p. I want an explanation and I want some sort of compensation for such poor service. I didn't arrive in Knoxville until after MIDNIGHT Sun Aug 31st. I had to arrange for transportation home from the airport as my flight was delayed and delayed again and they had no idea when I would actually arrive. Isn't it a law that requires a passenger be compensated if their flight is >4 hours delayed? Allegiant apparently thinks they have no responsibility to give any reasons for their flight delays. We're just supposed to take it and like it. I requested seat on 830p flight and was told there were no available seats. Allegiant personnel was zero help from check in to crew on plane and again on ground in Knoxville. Useless is the word I would use.

My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless.

We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."
