The air fryer does all the work!
One of my favorite things to make with my Ninja Foodi Air Fryeris frozen burgers. My easy recipe for air fryer burgers is a big hit so I thought I might as well try cooking frozen turkey burgers too and it was super easy.
🦃What You’ll Need To Make Air Fryer Turkey Burgers
An Air Fryer: I really love using my Ninja Foodi or Ninja Foodi Grill for air frying anything, but any air fryer will work for this recipe.
Frozen Turkey Burger Patties: These are easy to find in any grocery store. I like using 93% lean turkey burgers as they hold together the best and taste better in my opinion.
📖How To Air Fry A Frozen Turkey Burger
1️⃣ Place your frozen turkey burgers into the air fryer basket in one single layer.
2️⃣ Cook at 375 for 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
3️⃣ Remove turkey burgers from the air fryer with tongs or a spatula.
4️⃣ Serve hot on a bun, lettuce wrap or cut up and put into a salad.
NOTE: Cook time may vary with each air fryer. Please make sure your turkey burger is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Farenheight.
💭What If I Want To Use Raw Ground Turkey Meat?
If you’d like to make your turkey burgers from scratch, purchase ground turkey of your choice. The higher the fat content, the harder it will be to form patties. Once they are cooking they will stick together it just may be tricky to form them.
1️⃣ Add preferred seasonings, then divide your ground turkey mixture into 4 even patties.
2️⃣ Place in an air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for up to 15 minutes flipping halfway through or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
3️⃣ Remove from the air fryer basket and serve hot.
