This ammo explodes on contact dealing a small amount of fragmentation damage to nearby objects.

Crafted at a Tier 3 workbench

The explosive ammo deals splash damage to structures nearby where it is shot. Because of this it is most effective when used at the intersections of building blocks.

Explosive ammo does however break the gun it is loaded into quite quickly. it is normal to bring an extra gun or two with to an explosive ammo raid or to bring resources to repair a gun at a Repair bench

A decently expensive, but also decently cheap mid-tier door. This item is extremely helpful as it requires 3 Rockets to destroy while sheet doors require 1. it will also cost 9 Satchel Charges or 2 Timed Explosive Charge. The garage door has 3/4ths the durability of an armored door and is fairly cheap with the only real cost being gears. This makes the garage door an extremely good cost effective item and is the middle ground of cheap sheet metal doors and the extremely expensive armored doors.
On certain angles, you can close the garage door when above a floor or from outside a wall. This can be put to helpful use for certain trap bases.

Effective use of garage doors can make a base much more expensive to raid, though the slow opening and closing animation makes it much harder to both take raiders by surprise and cut your losses if things turn out for the worse. If a flank isn't possible, it'd probably be best to just wait a safe distance away on the other side of the door.
It can also make a base much more comfortable to traverse.

If you can wait to repair, WAIT. The TC does indeed "heal" this. I lost my gears before I realized this by trying to repair.

The Garage Door has a little gap at the bottom, if placed properly you can shoot through the gap downwards, for the gap to be visible you must place the Garage Door on a floor with nothing under it, as shown in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/lh7qzm.
This can be an effective addition to your shooting as not many people know of it and wouldn't suspect it.
