Q: Where do I find Chop in GTA 5?

Through most of the game, Chop lives at Franklins second house in the hills. He is also occasionally available when switching to Franklin from another character. You can even teach Chop some new tricks! Chop will hop into the passenger seat of any Vehicle Franklin is driving and follow him in and out of the car.

Chop is the name of Lamar's Rottweiler dog in Grand Theft Auto 5. Lamar is good friends with Franklin (one of the main protagonists) and from all the news, information (and leaks) to date it seems that Chop will spend a large amount of time with Franklin. Walk and Play Fetch With Chop

Franklin is able to walk with Chop after the story mission Chop. To walk and play with him, look for a bone icon on the map — it shows his location. Chop always waits near Franklin’s house.

Go to Chop, disarm and, while holding LT on Xbox, L2 on PlayStation or RMB on PC, press RB on Xbox, R1 on PlayStation or LMB on PC. Now you’re walking with Chop.

Now choose the ball as a weapon (it’s in the same slot as the grenades), and throw it anywhere. The requirement for 100% completion fulfills at the time the throw. It doesn’t matter if Chop will bring the ball back or not.

It’s better not to play with Chop next to police officers, security guards, gangsters, military, and other armed people. They become aggressive because of that.

Walk near Chop and hold down L2 to target him. Press R1 to take him for a walk or use the other buttons if you've taught him tricks in the iFruit app.

Nothing ever burns down by itself. Every fire needs a little bit of help.

Btw how do you stop playing with Chops? I mean, do you have to walk him off to his dog house and dismiss him there?
