We understand that you are looking to disable the Recents feature of Timers because it is stacked above the preset that you almost exclusively use. There is no option within the Timers app that allows the user to delete Recents or disable Recents. While this is not a resolution that we recommend, it is possible to delete your Recents by deleting the Timers app, then reinstall
