How to find PSN ID by email

I am attempting to change my Sign-ID email address to my actual email address, however when entering my email address I am prompted with “The email address entered is already associated with an account”. I currently have my email set as a secondary email address because I was not able to sign up with my real email address, however the secondary email has been deactivated due to inactivity as I never used this secondary account.

Is there a way I can search PlayStation users by email address to see who has used me email address? I am fairly certain someone else has used my email but want to check this isn’t a mistake and is somehow linked to an old account of mine.

Additionally how would I go about recovering my email address with PlayStation? I am on hold with support but the wait time is over an hour -.-

Thanks in advance!
