The teller went above her job description to find out if the check was valid. Every year the custmoer service of my branch goes down and down. I have two accounts with them and my daughter has an account with them. However, not for long. We live in a nieghborhood wth many banks to choose from and the Cherry Creek Bank of the West should realise that and act accordingly.
