Note: To collect every Mokoko Seed in this dungeon, you will be required to save all of the innocents and kill every single worshipper in the map. Doing so will grant you access to prisoner cells in the later half of the dungeon. Ensure you are checking every location for enemies.

• Mokoko Seed #1 can be found at the end of a winding pathway in front of some desks.
• Mokoko Seed #2 is in front of a pile of books and a lit fire.
• The next Mokoko Seeds (#3, #4, #5) can only be accessed by ensuring none of the innocents die. Be careful not to kill any yourself, as certain parts of the dungeon can have them enrage if you get too close to them.
• Mokoko Seeds #6 and #7 require you to kill every cult worshiper in the map. This can be tedious, as you may need to backtrack, and it does require you to progress forward slightly to do. The gate will open when they are all dead, but do not start the boss fight as you will not be able to go back once you have.
• The final Mokoko Seed is off to the right of the map, on a ledge surrounded by gargoyle statues.

Finding and getting these is fairly straightforward, as most of the Mokoko Seeds in Blackrose Chapel are easy to spot. The main challenge is simply traveling to each spot, as this area is large.

The yellow stars denote secret passageways to the Mokoko Seeds. There are two accessible from the star south of the Church Graveyard, and there are three accessible from the star west of the Church Graveyard.

Several of those Mokoko seeds are hidden behind secret passages. The two seeds below the Church Graveyard are inside a house. To enter, simply pass the door, even though it doesn’t seem to be designed to be opened.

The seeds on the West of the map are hidden behind a secret passage that you can easily spot when looking for it. Go to the location where the red line is and you’ll spot a burnt house. Enter it and you’ll naturally enter the secret path. The three Mokoko seeds are in it and they’re pretty far away from each other, so you’ll have to do a bit of exploration to get them.

The seed on the North part of the map will lead you to a Vista as well, so keep an eye out when collecting it.
