Nasabosa Yuka was never really normal…… When the words appeared on her wrists, she had no clue what was happening.
"Kitsune?" and "Really?" were the words on each wrist. "Kitsune?" was on her right wrist.
Then the other two Quirks came in… before her own. She was positive that something was wrong with her then.
And then her own Quirk came in… and everything just… clicked.
Her life felt relatively normal after that.
And then she met her soulmates, and
her life changed again… for the amazing this time.
She was home.
She was happy.
~OR~
A kind of self-indulgent story with my new OC, Nasabosa Yuka! This is also soft Dabi, because yes.
Soulmates AU, mixed with a tad bit of Japanese mythology and some small Japanese lessons!!
Also, no, the words before this summary are not an excerpt. I'm very lazy :')
Symbiotes.
Creatures from outer space looking for the best host compatibility to survive on earth. Or parasites, as (y/n) preferred to call them, much to her own symbiote's annoyance. Some years had gone with her and her companion unnoticed after escaping those labs. That was the idea. Stay low, under the radar, until we figure this out. But things don't always go as planned and soon she finds her identity discovered, labs trying to get their hands on her and the next thing she
knows, she's transported into another... world?
Found half-dead by the number one hero, taken to UA's care, everything must seem the best, except, how can one escape the past? One as troublesome as hers, that is.
-
Or, (y/n) and her personal parasite, venom, get thrown into another sort of world after being chased and nearly killed in an attempt to capture them for experiments. In this new society, the hero and villain balance exist, with an odd twist of 80% of society having
these so-called "quirks". Adopted by UA, she faces the challenge of dealing with her past, present, and what is left of a future, if there is any along with the new threats this world ensures. (Weekly updates)

This article is about the No. 23 Pro Hero known as "Mt. Lady". For the Eight Bullets member of the Shie
Hassaikai, see Yu Hojo.
Yu Takeyama (岳 (たけ) 山 (やま) 優 (ゆう) Takeyama
Yū?),[2] also known as the Mineyama Hero: Mt. Lady
(Mt. (マウント) レディ Maunto Redi?), is the No. 23
Pro Hero and member of The Lurkers.
Appearance
Yu is a curvaceous young woman who has purple eyes with white pupils and elegantly long eyelashes. She has prolonged, voluminous, creamy blonde hair reaching down to her waist with two shorter strands curled to frame
her face, parted slightly to her right.
Her hero costume is composed of a purple and pale tan-colored skintight bodysuit, which is accented with orange stripes. The suit appears to have a pair of purple gloves with orange accents on the edge of the cuff. The design is similar for her "boots" which are cut off at the thigh in a deep v-shape. The suit also has three peculiar orange diamond-shaped
dots on the purple top that are located under her chest, and she also wears a purple domino mask with horn-like protrusions on the sides.
Following the aftermath of the Paranormal Liberation War, Yu now has a scar over her left eye and her costume now includes a neck
brace.[3]

new scar and neck brace.
Personality
Mt. Lady's vanity.
Yu is a young woman who seems to enjoy the attention that being a hero gives her and she doesn't feel any shame from having to take that fame from another hero while basking in the glory. She is also shown to be quite vain as she uses her ample sex appeal to further her
popularity or to gain something. This vanity also shows a bit of shamelessness, as she isn't above making a lewd pun about her own body. During Minoru Mineta's internship, she also appears to be very lazy because she forced him to work instead of teaching
him.[4] Furthermore, she also has a lecherous side, as seen when she takes interest in Shoto
Todoroki.[5]
However, she is not careless, as shown that she will not transform into her giant form in confined spaces in fear of destroying nearby buildings and risk harming civilians as she is careful when fighting a
villain who has taken hostages. Despite her vanity, she has shown to be selfless as she stopped Mr. Compress from reaching Izuku Midoriya's group after they saved
Katsuki Bakugo even though she was already severely injured from All For One's attack.[6] She
also protected a group of civilians from All Might's Detroit Smash shock wave during her debut. This shows that despite her faults she is serious about being a hero and takes her job seriously.
Following All Might's retirement and
Endeavor taking stand as the new No. 1 hero, Yu appears to have taken a rather more serious standing to her occupation as a hero rather than just being focused on the attention she receives, as noted by Minoru. Shota Aizawa claims that this is the effect Endeavor's uprising has had on many
Pro Heroes. Furthermore, unlike her comrade Death Arms, she didn't quit after the Paranormal Liberation War in spite of the rising hatred against heroes, assisting in the operation to track down All For One and demonstrating her commitment.
Abilities
Seduction: Yu is a prominent user of the seductive arts, using her looks to get what she wants. This
was shown when she convinced a stand vender at the U.A. Sports Festival to give her free food.
Keen Intellect: Despite not being shown using any strategy in combat, Yu still proved that she is a hero that can grasp the context quickly. She can observe and understand what plan her allies are having, and provide any possible support at critical moments without being
told beforehand, such as when she protected Izuku's group as mentioned above, or when she tried to pry Gigantomachia's mouth to help the U.A. High School students put the sedative into his
mouth.[7]
Quirk
Yu standing taller than the buildings.
Gigantification
(巨 (きょ) 大 (だい) 化 (か) Kyodai-ka?): Yu's
Quirk allows her to grow to a gigantic size.
She cannot variate between her base-height and the gigantified height achieved via her Quirk, making her only able to be either her normal height of 162cm or her enlarged height of 2,062cm tall.[1]
Ultimate Moves
- Canyon Cannon (キャニオンカノン Kyanion Kanon?): While in her giant form, Mt. Lady performs
a flying kick.[8]
- Titan Cliff (タイタンクリフ Taitan
Kurifu?): Mt. Lady grows into her giant form and headbutts the enemy. Mt. Lady used this move to intercept Mr. Compress when he tried to chase after
Katsuki.[9]

Trivia
Sketches of Mt. Lady from Ochaco's prototype design and the final concept.
- Yu was created from using Ochaco Uraraka's original prototype concept. From the sketch on the left, Yu's
hair was shorter and blue, had no horns, and a different costume design.
- Her original design would end up being given to Yui Kodai from Class 1-B, who has a Quirk that can alter the size of objects.
- Yu's name has the kanji for "tall mountain or mountain peak" (岳 take?), "mountain" (山
yama?), and "superiority" (優
yū?).
- Yu's name, hero name and Ultimate Move names all reference geographical landforms.
- Yu's Japanese voice actress, Kaori Nazuka, also voices Toru Hagakure.
- According to Yu's Volume 10 profile:[10]
- Yu's favorite fruit are peaches.
- Yu started her own
Hero Agency at a young age, and despite her high number of successes, she causes unintentional destruction to the city thanks to her Quirk. While she works hard to earn money for the reparations, she ends up causing destruction again and this cycle ends up repeating itself. Her hard work is also what brought her into the
Hideout Raid Team.
- Yu might have been inspired by Western superheroes and supervillains like Stature, Giganta or
Garganta.
- Yu also shares many visual similarities with Stature, including costume and hair.
- Yu, Giganta, and Garganta all have the ability to increase their entire physical size to a giant size. Stature also shares that ability but can also decrease her physical size.
- Yu shares the same first name as Eight Bullets member Yu Hojo. However, the kanji symbols for their
names are different and therefore have different pronunciations.
