That's the only option you have really, actual account creation date isn't publicly available. level 1 If you transfer to a mojang account it should list the purchase date.

There have been a few loopholes but all have been patched to my knowledge. The only real way now is to just check your inbox to see the creation date. As for an ip it's impossible as Minecraft did not track/collect that data.
