The recent addition of Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk extends the trail with a 2,460-foot-long (750 meters) concrete pathway and ramp, from Locust Street to the South Street Bridge and then onto the start of the Schuylkill River Trail. Be sure to hit the trail early during the week since, on weekends, it is a very busy location with locals and visitors.
