To give a more detailed spoiler about some bad point in the story:

There is no NTR or anything and the rape/attempted rape plot make sense/feel deserved, but the ending for Amy the original heroine still feel unneeded and I rather if we simply didn't have these plot points. it's like saying coz criminal X like torturing people, they should die by being tortured to death, it's a bit harsh, at least in our world, a judge would sentence the criminal to death at maximum not torture.

To explain it in detail, big plot spoiler ahead obviously,

The Original Otome plot of story was Vilainness (Anna) is exiled but attacked by bandits and raped until she lost her will then picked up by enemy country, since she was a person with "Knight" and "Ice Magic" Blessing, some kind of cursed Ice Extermination Sword is used on her to turn her into a weapon to destroy their enemy and become final boss of the game.

Now the Original Heroine (Amy), is obsessed with following the script of the game plus she believe this world is made for her so only she matter, she think god made everyone here for her pleasure as compensation for her being bullied in school in her old life, so she time and time again want Anna to get raped and kidnapped by enemy country to become final boss so she can then defeat her with her Reverse Harem and get her happy ending.

while MC prevent the original plot of Anna being Exiled, Amy does not give up and tell the enemy country about how they should break her will and use her to become a weapon and by convincing Crown Prince sell her to enemy country secretly. so they wanted to rape Anna to make her loss her Will, but she was blessed by Spirit of Light + Elf Queen Hairband, so as soon as they touch her to remove her cloth, they get shoot/knocked off back, so they can only capture her with a magic sealing rope and throw her in a dark room, use fake news of her family and lover dying and such + that cursed sword and not giving her much food to slowly break down her will instead. (I think they should used this method from the start and remove all the rape plot point tbh, it's actually a good method to break someone's will)

Anyway, this part was still "Ok", the thing is at the end of the story, even after defeat Amy still act rotten and even taunt Anna, no regret or remorse, Anna stop MC from Killing Amy, and say how weird it is that Amy, as a woman herself, was so looking forward to seeing others raped and so she believe Amy deserve to taste it herself what she wish for others and maybe learn to regret it... so instead of killing her, she is sold as a prostitute for miners.

This above Spoiler, is basically the whole "bad taste" part of this story,

to be honest, if you remove this or don't mind this plot point, then the rest of the story was all an easy and enjoyable read for me at least.

I feel like the Light Novel will change this since the author in his author's note write how it seems he didn't really want to add this even, which is why he included the final Amy chapter after the end of the story as a extra chapter. coz he didn't want it to be inside the story lol (so why even make it in the first place dude... Insert Jurassic Park Quote)

Btw, the Author removed all of the webnovel from his site several months ago when he released the light novel version of this novel, so you can consider it fully non-canon if the LN changed it lol

Right now in the webnovel page of this novel, instead of this book's main story, there is only some after story with MC and his married life with Anna
