This finale was alright. Satisfying in someways, disappointing in others, but all around keeping me curious and excited for season 3.

I loved Euphoria but damn season 2 has dwindled into something else. The finale was the epitome of that; the characters fighting on stage like it's the Jerry Springer show was just too much.

Cass was an understandable character until they threw her off the deep end and made her a literal villain, but I'm not surprised because this show seems afraid to portray Nate as anything but an evil psycho for too long and I guess that extends to Cass.

Lexi mocking her sister for being high on x and enjoying her pony ride a little too much felt like an unnecessary blow, like that's just mean especially given the circumstances.

Rue... I can't stand her anymore. I know that's how drug addiction goes and it's a fair depiction of it but she's honestly so unlikeable at this point I've started fast forwarding through her parts. We get it, she does drugs, gets clean for a few days, then does it again. We don't need more screen time showing us the same thing over and over.

Also lol at the show saying guns aren't necessary because police exist then having Ash shoot several of them to death. I can't tell if they show writers are brilliant in their irony or clueless. Anyway Ash is a little psycho, there was 0 reason to kill the cops when he could have just killed himself.
