Did have little prob with basket door opening while cooking but will modify, tonight couple of chicken mini roasts and all the vegetables on another rack 25 or so minutes later magic tray and racks in the dishwasher and a quick wipe out too easy Purchased in September 2022 for $279.

When I called for a replacement bulb or warranty status. A man answered the phone with broken English stating no replacement bulb is available and I would have to send it back in to them to be evaluated on if it’s under warranty or not. Meaning, I have to pay for shipping and a repair charge. I continue to use it without a light bulb. Be advise I bought mine from the TV Ad on the Television. Purchased in December 2018.

Compare all It caught fire and then blamed my momThe air fryer was on the breakfast bar open air flow all the way around it and it caused an electrical fire. My brother was at my parents house and hurried to unplug it and then had to turn the circuit off at the breaker. When my parents tried to return it they said it was their fault because it was too close to the plug. Plus it took them almost 4 months to give my dad the shipping info to return the damaged one. Then it took another 2 months to get back to them just to say they aren't replacing it. Then Will never buy power xl again, no one in my big family will either. Purchased in December 2021 at Show TV Shop for $350.

It's all a lieEverything you see them do on the tv ad IS A LIE. Food DOES not cook evenly you have to constantly keep turning the food. If you cook chicken pieces you have to turn them at least 3 times otherwise the underside doesn't cook! Also you see on the ad the thing is filled to the brim with food if you do this half the food doesn't cook the more you cook in it the worse it gets! Finally since you have to keep opening and closing the door while it's cooking to turn stuff eventually the door is going to break. That's what happened with mine after closing the door no matter what i did it would not turn back on and resume cooking. Threw it in the garbage where it belongs will never buy from globalshop AGAIN..

Rotisserie took some time to fathom out how to get it working. The end result was Absolutely Delish Mmm I want more! Purchased in February 2022 for $249.

However to my disappointment, the Power XL oven air fryer constantly would over heat and shut down to the point where it was frustrating to cook in it. I decided that I would like my wounds and dispose of this product. Buyers beware. Purchased in October 2021 for $249.95.

Compare all Use this a LOT/ very goodThe XL is very good and we use it to cook most of our hot meals and we particularly like the rotary function . Our only reservation is it doesn't cook food on the trays evenly BUT we have bought another XL as a present for one of our sons and he is rapped and he trained as a chef. Purchased in February 2022 at Global Shop Direct for $280.

Thought it might be a faster than cooking in a conventional oven but the timings are about the same. The only issue is that the shelves can be hard to insert. Cleaning the shelves can also be difficult as the food really grabs. Straight wire shelving would have been better and easier to clean (like a normal oven on a smaller scale). The oven is a great size to have on the bench and even tho the shelves cook at different rates it all works out. I can p... Read moreut spuds higher up and the chicken lower down which works really well. I dont have to precook the spuds to roast them as they are closer to the element. I am amazed at the amount of stuff on the drip tray which doesnt show up with conventional cooking. Really happy with this unit. Purchased in March 2022.
