During the later mission, "The Escort" or something like that, there is a Securicar in the mission. And Bank Heist earlier on, or something like that. Find a really rare car, like the Mr. Whoopee, and drive it around looking for a Securicar. I don't remember exactly how I got it.

they are usually in rockford or aspatria with 20% luck. if you do firetruck or vigilante missions, they also show up. they are always there at the wrong time. GTA3 IS POSSESSED!!!!!!

I see them around the college and stadium on rare occasions, but it seems that they spawn more for me in other areas around Staunton.

That mission requires you to destroy the Securicars via a RC car. So, cross that one out. The bullet-proof Securicar can be obtained during Joey Leone's mission, "Van Heist." He refers to said Securicar as "the pay role van!"

Simply make the drivers flee, and take the Securicar to your garage. Make sure it's empty! Park said Securicar in said empty garage. Blow up said Securicars with grenades. Allow door of said garage to close. Lose your stars, then get your spanking-new bullet-proof ride!
