This is ridiculous and a waste of money! Amazon subscribe and save used to be great but every month I'm getting wrong items, damaged items or expiration problems. It comes in a pouch, which I pour into a cup and use my Keurig for the hot water for the perfect cup. I advise to mix it well, as the soup mix will clump ( I often smash the clumps with a spoon on the side of the mug while mixing). Crackers go well with this. The taste is mild and very creamy. My mother likes this too, however she likes it thicker and will make hers with 2 packets per coffee mug and a slight dollop of butter (too rich for me). I do prefer Lipton instant soup over any other brand including canned soup. I also recommended Lipton chicken Noodle.
