Tear Studio filed for bankruptcy in December 2019, and it looks like they won't be able to get back on track very soon. 'Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!?' will have to find another studio to produce season 2 of the anime.

Is Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher a good anime?A very funny romantic comedy anime. A hilarious and ecchi erotic/romantic comedy that plays the situations for laughs then something serious or inappropriate. And doesn't make it uncomfortable to watch. You can't stop laughing at the unexpected high jinks that these female teachers and male students get into.
