Sam Pepper is famous for his YouTube prank videos where he walks around grabbing random women’s butts, flashing his private parts and what not. He is among the selected ones that are hated by the YouTube community for their actions on their YouTube videos.

Back in 2014, an 18-year-old woman filed an incident report with the Los Angeles Police Department alleging the YouTube celebrity Sam Pepper raped her. Apparently, the evidence wasn’t enough to warrant arrest Sam Pepper. But, he did break the law.

Yes, Matthew Cordle videotaped himself confessing to killing a man while he was driving drunk. He pleaded guilty to killing Vincent Canzani of suburban Columbus in a wrong-way crash on June 22 and was sentenced to six and half years in prison and a lifetime loss of driving privileges.
