I’m going to say probably not, as there is a limit for a reason. $1 or $100, the amount is kind of irrelevant as a limit of any type is a point that cannot be exceeded

I wouldn't even bother trying to get special consideration because the answer will be no.

Maybe try another payment plan option.

My question is regarding pulse rewards. I am extremely unhappy with Afterpay and it’s pulse rewards system. I accidentally missed two payments( note I usually make payments well in advance of the due dates) and have now been kicked of the reward systems until the reset date at the end of October. Why is it a 6month points earning period? And why am I blocked from earning points???? If this is the case I will not use Afterpay until the new rewards period is in place.

If you were charged for the first instalment, that's how it works until you increase your reward status by making more purchases and paying on time. If you were charged for the first instalment twice ...

Madi P, having discovered today June 2 2022 that Afterpay does not provide telephone or chat line support, please let me know what your email address is/what the email address for Afterpay Australia customer support is? None of the verification codes I received from AfterPay for log-in worked and after so many "send again" requests for a code there is now no longer an option to ask for a code. So I need help from you/Afterpay customer support as soon as possible in order to make payments.

I got an email from Afterpay Pulse Rewards saying that i made 1 late payment and that 2 more late payments would affect my rewards status. My payments are by direct debit so how could i have missed a payment? As well I did not get a notice from Afterpay itself that i was even late otherwise i would have been charged a late fee? Yes they reverse the charges and it takes up to 2 weeks to process.
