And, as we can see in the Manga, it's so strong that he's able to access the previous owner's quirks that they had alongside One For All, including Blackwhip.
Could All For One have beaten All Might?Theoretically, yes. In the balance of powers between those two, in All Might's weakened condition, All for One had far more powerful abilities at his disposal. With all of his relevant Quirks activated, he was probably the most powerful being on the planet, outside of All Might in his prime, years ago.
Why is All Might so skinny?The main reason why All Might is very skinny is because of multiple surgeries he has undergone, along with medicinal side effects. His ongoing stress also made his eyes appear rather sunken. All Might took his Pro Hero job very seriously. Unfortunately, this also limited the usage of his OFA Quirk.
Why is All Might so likeable?All Might is as vulnerable and uncertain of himself as any of us, and the fact that he still works so hard and achieves so much in spite of that is what ultimately makes him so great.
