Strike zone and strike zone 2 when im swinging at a lot of breaking balls

Does the ball not flash when you guess the right pitch anymore?

I used to use Fish Eye 2 for the longest time, and then I switched to Strike Zone 2. I can't go back to Fish Eye 2 anymore. The amount of strike outs I get went down significantly.

Strike zone. As far as hitting what console you on? I recently switched to zone hitting, getting a lot more gappers as opposed to pop flies but less HRs. Still winning/losing by the same margin. I noticed it's easier/faster response on the switch sticks as opposed to ps5 (where I only use X now).

I’ve only used the timing interface and it feels the easiest by far to use. Everytime I try zone it my average is just drops more and more. Any tips? And why is zone considered the best? Timing just feels like it should be the go to because all you have to do is time your swing.

It’s more challenging and interactive. Play what gives you the most enjoyment, whatever you find enjoyment in. Give directional a try.

Zone is the best because as you improve you're guaranteed to get the best non randomized results. Timing still has a large RNG factor to it, not that zone has none, but much less. As you move up in skill level on ranked I believe it is harder to keep winning without using zone. If you don't care about that then use what you like.

Zone "rewards" are greater with "good" input.

Zone. Always on the PS. But I’m thinking about switching to directional when I’m playing on my switch.

Timing pure analog still brings me the most rewarding feeling after a solid hit. Brings me back to the 2k8 days . Will always love the swing stick even if it’s not the most competitive option available
