Crystal Falls is Leander’s first, genuine master planned community. Sarita Valley is one of Leander’s newest master planned communities. Located just 10 miles north of Austin, Sarita Valley has 40 acres of dedicated parkland, one mile of hike and bike trails that connect to the Brushy Creek Regional trail system, a planned on-site elementary, middle and high school and a planned community pool and cabana overlooking the pond. Reagans Overlook

Reagans Overlook is one of Leander’s newest luxury neighborhoods off Ronald Reagan Blvd and will have 190 homes at buildout. The neighborhood sits atop a knoll along the San Gabriel River, so many of the homesites have views and many of them back to greenbelt.
