Its not cushioned and rounded like in the photos, its very flat. The bungy cords are attached in a very different place, basically hole punched into the headrest, which was not shown. I have yet to use it but i can see the cushion support not performing as i thought which will def lead to a return if i dont like it. It's unfortunate that a return may be needed as it could have been avoided if they advertised this tub correctly. I suggest not taking photos of a different product and then selling another, its unfair. Bathing baby can be a pain in the splash without the right tub. With the flip of its smart sling, the Grow-With-Me Bath Tub morphs from newborn washer to baby bath. Remove the smart sling completely and you've got a toddler-ready tub. Hang the whole shebang to dry with its built-in hook. It's a bath made in heaven!
