I got the rare rolling block rifle but what’s so rare about it? It’s stats seem identical to me and all it does is make me need to switch through another weapon. Which is pretty much just a reskin of the double barrel shotgun. level 1 I think range and accuracy are a little higher, but it cannot be customized. So if you've fully upgraded your regular one, it will be superior to the rare one. level 2 I Fully Customized the Rolling Block and it just had a little bit more range than the Rare Rolling Block. The Rare one had more accuracy so I decided to pop in some High Velocity to even it out and been with it ever since.
