One of the devil fruit's greatest strengths is that it has immense deception powers and can create confusion quite easily. By copying someone's appearance they can use their position and authority as if it was their own as long as the real person who they copied from isn't present. They can also ruin the copied person's reputation and frame them, lower down the guard of people by copying a person important to them etc.

A drawback to this fruit is that they cannot copy into some who they haven't touched or never met before. If the copied person has a devil fruit power that power also doesn’t get copied. The devil fruit allows the user to flawlessly copy the physique of a person but it does copy their fighting style or skills and the user can't use their own techniques as it depends if the copied body can stand it or not.

The user also cannot copy weapons or items which are unique to the one being mimicked. Even the personality cannot be copied so the user still retains their own personality. They cannot counteract any techniques which are made against their fruit's power like how the Straw Hats crew had put bandages on their hands to help them differentiate between themselves and their copied version.

If the user is hit while they are in disguise then they will turn back to their original state. They can also truck the user to touch their face with their left hand to revert back to their original face.

The devil fruit takes on the appearance of a cheery each cherry representing how many powers the user can have copied at any given time.

The Max amount of fruit powers a user can use at any given time without an awakening is two, and in order to swap one of those fruit powers for another the user must using both of their own hands slap both of their cheeks simultaneously which will swap the fruit for the desired fruit they are thinking of using that they have stored.
