In addition to their 30 points in the 10K, the men got a first place performance from Ward Ries in the 3K steeplechase. Ries finished in a time of 9:12.27 earning 10 points. The Scots tallied 24 points in the 5K led by a second-place finish from Danny Desmond in a time of 14:59.24. Ries came in third at 15:01.82. Connor Volk-Klos was the fifth-place finisher crossing the line in 15:08.66. Eric Alu, Nick Amos and Cole Hanks finished within .35 seconds to grab sixth, seventh, eighth respectively. In the 1,500, Volk-Klos ran a 3:56.19 to finish third, Matt Wehrle was fifth at 3:56.93 while Ries notched a sixth-place finish in a time of 3:57.42. Trae Smith finished in third in the javelin with a throw of 55.79 meters. On the women's side, Kylie Anicic continued to pile up first-place finishes in the 5K and 1,500. In the 5K, Anicic crossed the line in 17:21.02. Kimbery Goerss added a fifth place finish in a time of 18:12.87. Anicic posted a time of 4:37.92 to finish first. Anna Alberti came across the line at 4:46.82 to finish in sixth. Lauren Jacobs was second in the 800-meter in a time of 2:16.01. Goerss also posted a second-place finish this time in the 3K steeplechase. Jayna Galley finished the heptathlon with a score of 4462 to place third.
