What if there's a hidden dimension to Donald Trump; a sensitive, poetic side? Driven by this question, Rob Sears began combing Trump's words for signs of poetry.

What he found was a revelation. By simply taking the 45th President of the United States' tweets and transcripts, cutting them up and reordering them, Sears unearthed a trove of beautiful verse that was just waiting to be discovered.

This groundbreaking collection gives readers a glimpse of Trump's innermost thoughts and feelings on everything from the nature of truth, to what he hates about Lord Sugar. And it will reveal a hitherto hidden Donald, who may surprise and delight both students and critics alike.

Now with twelve all-new poems as we lurch deeper into the Trump presidency, this timely publication also includes Sears' scholarly footnotes and introduction, in which he excavates new critical angles and insights into the President's poetry which the casual reader might initially overlook.

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) has announced it will close its packaging and warehousing centre at Karadoc, near Mildura, by June 2016.

The company also plans to sell three wineries - two in Victoria and one in South Australia - as part of a major cost-cutting drive to save $50 million annually.

More than 100 workers are employed at the Karadoc packaging centre, but Treasury has not confirmed the exact number of jobs that will be lost.

Ben Davis, from the Australian Workers Union, said Treasury had previously assured the union the Karadoc facility would continue indefinitely and workers had been ambushed by the decision.

"This has come as a complete shock to us and more importantly to our members and their families," Mr Davis said.

In a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange, Treasury said it would move its packaging and warehousing to its Wolf Blass site in the South Australian Barossa, but wine processing operations would continue at Karadoc.

As part of a company strategy to focus on fewer brands, Treasury also announced it would commence a sale process for Ryecroft winery in South Australia's McLaren Vale, T'Gallant, on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula and Baileys of Glenrowan, in Victoria's north-east.

TWE's chief executive Michael Clarke said the changes demonstrated the company's commitment to cutting costs.

"By continuing to reduce costs, and optimising the scale and efficiency of our supply chain networks in major production areas, TWE is well placed to pursue growth opportunities that exist for our wine brands in key markets around the world."

Reaction to job losses

The Federal Member for Mallee, Andrew Broad, said he was surprised and disappointed by the company's plans to cut jobs.

Mr Broad said he would seek meetings with senior managers to find out why the cuts were needed.

"Karadoc is a very efficient operation as it is," Mr Broad said

"The people there are working very hard and I really am very surprised that they've made this announcement.

"I know Treasury Wine Estates globally have been struggling, but the opportunities for Australian wine, and particularly the company, should be improving," he said.

The Nationals' Member for Mildura Peter Crisp said the announcement came as a complete surprise.

"There seems to be a lack of information about how many jobs will be lost, how many opportunities are there for retraining or relocating within the company and a whole lot of things that go with this that, unfortunately, we're a little bit too familiar with."
