The Fortnite x Dragon Ball cross-over event allows players to obtain seven Dragon Balls by completing the Dragon Ball-inspired quest. There are seven categories for each quest, and you’ll need to complete three quests in each category to earn a Dragon Ball. Once you’ve completed a total of 21 quests (three quests in each of the seven categories), you’ll be rewarded with a limited-time item.

How to Collect All 7 Dragon Balls

To collect all 7 Dragon Balls in Fortnite, you must complete three Dragon Ball Quests in each of the seven categories. You can view the Dragon Ball quest in the quest menu. Once you're there, look for a picture of Goku and select that.

Each quest is broken up into specific categories. Listed below are the following categories:

  • Warm Up
  • Sparring Practice
  • Strength Training
  • Agility Training
  • Endurance Training
  • Focus Training
  • Recovery

Once all seven dragon balls are collected, you'll unlock the Shenron glider shown below.

What Are Power Levels and What Do They Do in Fortnite

After completing a Dragon Ball quest, you'll earn a set amount of Power Levels. As shown in the picture below, some quests can earn you more power levels than others.

Once your power level hits a specific point, you'll be eligible to collect the Dragon Ball limited-time cosmetics in-game. To view the cosmetics, go to the main menu and scroll to the dragon ball tab.

Now that you're there, you'll be able to see all of the unlockable cosmetics in-game. The lowest tier requires you to have a 10 Million power level, and the highest requires a power level of 120 Million.

All Warm Up Quest

  • (Stage 1/2) Open Capsule Corps capsules (2): 4 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/2) Collect the Nimbus Cloud or the Kamehameha in different matches (5)
  • Visit a familiar training location: 3 Million Power Level
  • Purchase an item from a Dragon Ball Vending Machine: 2 Million Power Level
  • Destroy objects with the Kamehameha (100): 5 Million Power Level
  • Travel distance riding a Nimbus Cloud (1,500): 5 Million Power Level
  • Watch Dragon Ball Super in Dragon Ball Super Episode Festival: 2 Million Power Level

Open Capsule Corps capsules

To complete this quest, you must open up two Capsule Corps capsules.

Capsule Corps capsules can often be found falling from the sky throughout a game. If you're not sure where one is located, pull up the map, and you should see an icon of where one can be found.

Collect the Nimbus Cloud or the Kamehameha in different matches

To complete this quest, all you need to do is collect the Nimbus Cloud or the Kamehameha in five different matches. They can be obtained from Bulma at Kame House, Capsule Corps capsules, or from the Dragon Ball Vending Machine.

As soon as you've done it five times, you'll complete the quest.

Visit a familiar training location

To complete this quest, you'll need to visit Kames House. The house can be located on the eastmost side of the map, where the chain of islands are.

To complete the quest, you'll need to be near the house.

Purchase an item from a Dragon Ball Vending Machine

To complete this quest, you'll need to visit one of the three vending machines shown below and purchase a Dragon Ball item.

Just make sure you have at least 250 gold bars to purchase an item.

Destroy objects with the Kamehameha

To complete this quest, you'll need to destroy 100 different objects with the Kamehameha.

You can obtain the Kamehameha from Bulma at Kame House, Capsule Corps capsules, or from the Dragon Ball Vending Machine.

Travel distance riding a Nimbus Cloud

To complete this quest, you'll need to travel 1,500 while using a Nimbus Cloud.

You can obtain a Nimbus Cloud from Bulma at Kame House, Capsule Corps capsules, or the Dragon Ball Vending Machine like the Kamehameha.

Watch Dragon Ball Super in Dragon Ball Super Episode Festival

You'll need to join a Fortnite X Dragon Ball lobby to complete this quest. To do this, you'll need to be in the main menu under the Play section.

Now that you're there go to the discover tab, and scroll down until you see Fortnite X Dragon. There'll be six different episodes you can choose from. Once you decide which Dragon Ball Super episode you want to watch, select it, and you'll load it into a lobby.

You won't need to watch the full episode to complete this quest. You'll just need to wait a few seconds after the intro starts, and you'll complete the quest. But why wouldn't you want to watch Dragon Ball Super?

All Sparring Practice Quest

  • (Stage 1/3) Join a Versus Battle in different matches (2): 3 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/3) Join a Versus Battle in different matches (5)
  • (Stage 3/3) Join a Versus Battle in different matches (10)
  • Damage an enemy player before taking damage in different matches (3): 3 Million Power Level
  • Damage Enemy Players with the Kamehameha (300)
  • (Stage 1/2) Win a Versus Battle (1): 3 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/2) Win a Versus Battle (3)

Join a Versus Battle in different matches

To complete this quest, you'll need to join two different Versus Battle in separate matches. You'll need to visit a bounty board to join a Versus Battle. They've been temporarily changed during the event.

As soon as you complete two, you'll need to complete five, then ten, and after that, you'll be finished with this quest.

Damage an enemy player before taking damage in different matches

To complete this quest, you'll need to damage an enemy player before you take any damage in three different matches. To complete this quest, we recommend dropping in the following places:

  • Tilted Towers
  • Risky Reels
  • Coney Cross Roads

As soon as you arrive, look for a weapon and try to get to the high ground. Next, you'll need to shoot an opponent before they shoot you, and you'll complete the quest.

Damage Enemy Players with the Kamehameha

To complete this quest, you must do 300 damage to any enemy player while using the Kamehameha.

Win a Versus Battle

To complete this quest, you'll need to win a Versus Battle in two different matches. The quest won't count if someone else eliminates your opponent. You or your partner need to be the ones to eliminate them for the kill to count. They'll appear as red dots on your map, making it a little easier to track their location.

After you complete two, you'll need to do five matches, then ten, and you'll complete the quest.

All Strength Training Quest

  • Push Giant Boulders or Timber Logs (500): 3 Million Power Level
  • Destroy 10 objects with a single Kamehameha attack: 5 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 1/2) Use the Kamehameha to destroy a small car: 3 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/2) Use the Kamehameha to destroy a big rig semi-truck
  • (Stage 1/3) Damage opponents within a single match (300): 2 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/3) Damage opponents within a single match (600)
  • (Stage 3/3) Damage opponents within a single match (1,000)

Push Giant Boulders or Timber Logs

You'll need to push giant boulders or timber logs at least 500 meters to complete this quest. To complete this quest, we recommend you land on the northernmost side of the island, where it's snowing. As shown in the picture below.

As soon as you land, you'll find a couple of Ripsaw Launchers on the wall. Grab one and go outside and break a couple of trees.

After you've made them travel 500 meters, you'll complete the quest.

Destroy 10 objects with a single Kamehameha attack

To complete this quest, you'll need to destroy ten objects with a single Kamehameha attack. We recommend doing the Kamehameha in an area such as tilted towers or other hot drops that have a lot of lands to complete this with ease.

Use the Kamehameha to destroy a small car

To complete this quest, you must destroy a normal car with a Kamehameha attack. If you're having trouble finding one go to Rocky Reels, there are always lots of cars parked in the middle.

Use the Kamehameha to destroy a big rig semi-truck

To complete this quest, you must destroy a big rig semi-truck Kamehameha attack. If you're having trouble finding one to go to Tilted Towers, you'll always find one near the gas station.

Damage opponents within a single match

To complete this quest, all you'll need to do is damage opponents with a total of 300 damage in a single match.

After that, you'll need to do 600 damage, then 1,000 damage, and you'll complete the quest.

All Agility Training Quest

  • Complete the mushroom obstacle course: 4 Million Power Level
  • Complete the desert time trial: 4 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 1/2) Deal Damage to opponents while sliding (200): 2 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/2) Deal Damage to opponents while Airborne (200)
  • (Stage 1/3) Deal Damage to Opponents within 5 seconds of sprinting (200): 2 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/3) Deal Damage to Opponents within 5 seconds of mantling (200)
  • (Stage 3/3) Hit an opponent within 3 seconds of dashing with a Zero Point Fish (2)

Complete the mushroom obstacle course

To complete this quest, you'll need to visit Reality Falls and complete the mushroom obstacle course. As soon as you arrive, look for the blue clock floating and activate it.

After that, the mushroom obstacle course will begin; you'll need to collect all the blue clocks around the area to finish the obstacle course.

Complete the desert time trial

The trial is near Shuffled Shrines/Rock Reels. As soon as you arrive, look for the blue clock floating and activate it.

Deal Damage to opponents while sliding

To complete this quest, you'll need to inflict 200 damage on opponents while sliding.

To complete this quest quickly, we recommend landing where Darth Vader lands.

Deal Damage to opponents while Airborne

To complete this quest quickly, we recommend landing where Darth Vader lands and keep jumping as you shoot him.

Deal Damage to Opponents within 5 seconds of sprinting

To complete this quest, you'll need to inflict 200 damage on opponents five seconds after you sprint.

To complete this quest, you'll need to inflict 200 damage on opponents five seconds after you mantle.

Hit an opponent within 3 seconds of dashing with a Zero Point Fish

To complete this quest, you'll need to obtain a Zero Point Fish first. To get one, you'll need to go fishing for one, or if you're lucky, they'll spawn in an Ice Machine. Listed below are a few places where you can fish:

  • Loot Lake
  • Sleepy Sounds
  • Lake West of Tilted Towers

Once the fish is caught, you'll want to eat it when you're around enemies. As soon as you eat the fish, you'll have a purple glow, allowing you to dash. Perform the dash and hit your enemies twice to complete the quest.

All Endurance Training Quest

  • Survive Storm Phases (10): 2 Million Power Level
  • Gain 150 shields in different matches (3): 2 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 1/3) Land at Logjam Lotus then Climb to the highest point in Shifty Shafts: 3 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/3) Travel 500 Meters on Foot in a Single Match
  • (Stage 3/3) Swim in Icy Water
  • Collect Capsules in Dragon Ball Adventure (100): 3 Million Power Level
  • Collect a Dragon Ball in Dragon Ball Adventure: 4 Million Power Level

Survive Storm Phases

Players can complete this quest by naturally playing the game. All you need to do is survive ten phases of the storm. It doesn't even need to be all in one game, either. After you do that, you'll complete the quest.

Gain 150 shields in different matches

This is another quest you can complete naturally by playing the game. You'll need to gain a total of 150 shields in three different games. So as soon as your shields run out, just drink a potion and you'll complete this in no time.

Land at Logjam Lotus then Climb to the highest point in Shifty Shafts

To complete this quest, you'll need to land a Logjam Lotus and then Climb to the highest point in Shifty Shafts. We recommend landing on the northernmost spot of Logjam Lotus because there's an area that gives out a grappling glove.

Once you have the glove, begin swinging your way over to Shifty Shafts. You'll want to get to the top of the mountain that's between Logjam Lotus and Shifty. The second you make it top, you'll complete the quest.

Travel 500 Meters on Foot in a Single Match

The second stage of this quest is another one you can complete just by playing. All you'll need to do is walk 500 meters, and you'll complete it.

Swim in Icy Water

To complete the final part of this quest, you'll need to swim any icy water. To do this, all you'll need to do is swim in any water that's in the snow biome on the island. After you do that, you'll complete the quest.

Collect a Dragon Ball in Dragon Ball Adventure

To complete this quest, you'll need to load into the Dragon Ball Adventure Island. To do this, you'll have to be in the main menu, then select the lobby. Afterwards, you should see the Fortnite X Dragon lobbies.
If, for some reason, it doesn't appear, enter the Island Code "5642-8525-5429," and you'll be able to load in.

Once you're in, you'll need to collect a dragon ball, you can do this by talking to Goku at the board, and he'll give you one. After you get the Dragon Ball, you'll complete the quest.

Collect Capsules in Dragon Ball Adventure

To complete this quest, you'll need to be in the same lobby as the Collect a Dragon Ball in Dragon Ball Adventure. Once you're on the island, you'll need to collect 100 capsules, but don't worry because they can be found everywhere.

It may take a few minutes, but you'll obtain 100 in no time.

All Focus Training Quest

  • Hit headshots while aiming down sights (20): 2 Million Power Level
  • Damage a player from 75 or more meters away with scoped weapons (200): 3 Million Power Level
  • Collect a Rare or better item from the ground within 3 seconds of landing from the Battle Bus: 3 Million Power Level
  • Damage a player with the Kamehameha before landing from the Nimbus Cloud: 4 Million Power Level
  • Travel distance in a vehicle on asphalt (750): 4 Million Power Level
  • Swing from 5 trees without landing with the Grapple Glove: 4 Million

Hit headshots while aiming down sights

To complete this quest you'll need to hit 20 headshots while aiming down your sights. Completing this quest may take a little while, so make sure you properly aim your weapon before shooting.

Damage a player from 75 or more meters away with scoped weapons

To complete this quest, you'll need to do 200 damage 75 meters away from them while using a scoped gun. This quest may take a while to complete, too, so make sure to take your time when you're aiming your weapon.

Collect a Rare or better item from the ground within 3 seconds of landing from the Battle Bus

To complete this quest, you'll need to pick up a rare or better weapon within 3 seconds of landing. We recommend landing at one of Darth Vader's locations throughout the island, and as soon as you land, open a chest and pick up a blaster.

Damage a player with the Kamehameha before landing from the Nimbus Cloud

To complete this quest, you must hit an enemy once with a Kamehameha before you touch the ground while riding a Nimbus Cloud.

Travel distance in a vehicle on asphalt

To complete this quest, all you need to do is drive a car on any road for 750 meters. After doing so, you'll complete the quest.

Swing from 5 trees without landing with the Grapple Glove

To complete this quest, you'll need to swing from 5 trees without touching the ground while using the Grapple Glove. Listed below are a few locations where Grapple Gloves spawn:

  • North of Rocky Reels
  • North of Logjam Lotus
  • East of Tilted Towers

They always spawn in a toolbox with a grapple painted on it. As soon as you have one, begin swinging from tree to tree, like spider-man, and you'll complete the quest.

All Recovery Quest

  • (Stage 1/2) Regain health while resting in a tent (50): 2 Million Power Level
  • (Stage 2/2) Take a Dip in the Water at Sunburned Shacks or Beach Bash
  • Get toasty by a campfire and regain some health (50): 2 Million Power Level
  • Go fishin' at Leafy Reef, Mighty Monument, and Loot Landing: 4 Million Power Level
  • Restore health by eating fish or meat during or after a Versus Battle (200):4 Million Power Level
  • Use a Fishing Rod to ride a Loot Shark: 4 Million Power Level

Regain health while resting in a tent

To complete this quest, you'll need to rest in a tent and regain 50 health. Even though Tents are a rare item, they're fairly easy to find. You can even find unclaimed tents popped up randomly in lots of named locations. As soon as you find a tent, make sure your health bar needs to be refilled and enter it.

The second you do, you'll begin to heal, and once you regain 50 health, you'll complete the quest.

Take a Dip in the Water at Sunburned Shacks or Beach Bash

To complete this quest, you'll need to swim in either Sunburned Shacks or Beach Bash. Both locations can be found in the photo below.

Once you arrive at either one, hop in the water, and you'll complete the quest.

Get toasty by a campfire and regain some health

You'll need to regain 50 health while at a campfire to complete this quest. Campfires can be found throughout the map, but there's always one in the center of loot lake.

If you don't need to heal at the campfire, stand on top of it and take damage. Once your health is below 50, stand to the side of it and let it heal you. As soon as you heal 50 HP, you'll complete the quest.

Go fishin' at Leafy Reef, Mighty Monument, and Loot Landing

To complete this quest, you must fish at Leafy Reef, Mighty Monument, and Loot Landing. It doesn't need to be all in the same game either, so if you die while completing this quest, don't worry. You can pick up where you left off in another game.

Restore health by eating fish or meat during or after a Versus Battle

To complete this quest, you'll need to restore 200 HP by eating fish or meat during or after a Versus Battle. Your opponent doesn't need to be the one to damage you to complete this quest. You can inflict damage on yourself, and eat the meat, to regain the 200 HP if you're having a hard time completing this quest.

Use a Fishing Rod to ride a Loot Shark

To complete this quest, you'll need to ride a Loot Shark using a Fishing Rod. You can always find a Loot Shark near Loot Lake. Once you find it use the Fishing Rod to ride it, and you'll complete the quest.
