The Take My Hand World Tour (previously known as the No Shame Tour) is the ongoing headlining concert tour by 5 Seconds of Summer in support of their fourth album CALM and their upcoming fifth album 5SOS5. It started on 3 April 2022 at the 3Arena in Dublin and will have 52 announced dates in total.

Notes:

• At Belfast and Uncasville shows, "Lover of Mine" wasn't performed.
• During the Latin American leg, "Me, Myself & I" was added to the set list.
• After "Best Years," "Pizza" was performed at the Atlanta show during the North American leg.
• During the North American leg, the song "Blender" was added to the set list.
• "Talk Fast" and "Beside You" would be removed from the set list at the Philadelphia Show. The song "Blender" would follow "Waste the Night."
• At the Holmdel show, "Talk Fast" and "Beside You" replaced "Blender".
• "Talk Fast" and "Beside You" replaced "Blender" at the Holmdel show
