Getting your Mobile transfer tickets

We'll email you when your tickets are ready. You need to accept a ticket transfer to see them on your phone. 

1.  When you get the email the tickets are ready, it'll either have an 'Accept tickets' button or tell you to look for another email

   • The email has an Accept tickets button: Click or tap 'Accept tickets.' Follow the steps to create an account where the tickets are stored. Use the same email you use on StubHub, and complete the steps to accept the transfer.
   • The email says to look for another email: You'll get another ticket transfer email (from Ticketmaster or the seller). This email will have an 'Accept tickets' button for you to accept the transfer. Check spam or junk folders in case you already have the transfer offer email. 2. After accepting the tickets, you're done! We recommend adding them to your Apple Wallet, Google Pay, saving the link, or bookmarking the mobile web page for easy access once you’re at the event

   1. Open the email or mobile app associated with the ticket (on your iPhone or iPad).
   2. Open the ticket (if the ticket was sent in a file).
   3. Tap Add.
   4. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish adding the ticket to your Wallet.

   Apple Wallet may not be with every event or purchase as it does depend on the delivery method used on our site. If you did receive an official mobile transfer, then this should be an option. If not, using the tickets directly from our app is your best bet to ensure entry won't be an issue. 

   Hello - I have purchased two tickets and I have them visable on StubHub. When I go to the get tickets icon, I'm sent to a page where I see a preview of my two tickets where I can add to Apple Wallet via the icon. Once I click that, it gives me a page with a bunch of random letters and stuff, looks like encryption or something, so I cannot add to my Apple Wallet. There's another icon that reads get tickets where it takes me to a pdf with the QR codes, but I am under the impression I need the apple wallet tickets to get in. The event is this weekend, so I wonder if the apple tickets aren't ready yet. Anyone else had this problem?

   Re: Adding tickets to Apple Wallet If the tickets are mobile transfer, they can be transferred directly from the third-party app and likely have an "Add to Apple Wallet" button. If the tickets have QR codes generated from our app, most likely taking a screenshot and sending it via email or text will be fine.

   Why can't I add my concert ticket to Apple Wallet?

   If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.

   Will a screenshot of a StubHub ticket work?

   Screenshots may not be a valid delivery method for your event. Check before trying to upload a screenshot to a listing or share a ticket screenshot with friends or family.
